Our 30-day guarantee

If you're not happy with your PuddleStop pads, email us at support@shoparnovo.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to send anything back.

Please include your order number so we can find your order quickly. We'll confirm your refund by email, and the money will reach your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Your legal right to cancel

This guarantee is in addition to your legal right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. To cancel, email us at support@shoparnovo.com. If you cancel under this right, we'll refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us with your order number and a photograph. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and we'll sort it out at no cost to you.
